Chiropractic school teaches you to pass boards. Almost nobody teaches you who you're becoming, how not to burn out, or how the craft is actually handed down. Every founding student moves through the same three beats — and the third one is the whole point.

Train it, do it, become it — inside a pod of six, moving through the launch modules with the founder facilitating directly.

Teach it, create with it, mentor the person one step behind you. The give is the graduation — it's what makes you a chiropractor the profession is built by.

  • Students never pay. Every seat in a cohort is funded by a chiropractor, college or organization that benefits when you arrive prepared: how this is funded.

  • Tell us the truth about what's working and what isn't — you're a co-creator, not a customer.
  • Let your growth be part of the first story we tell about whether deliberate formation works.
  • When the time comes: give it forward to the person one step behind you.
Two honest notes. First, on research: because this is the founding cohort, we measure how the experience affects you — that's the whole reason we're starting small. Sharing your data is completely optional and separate from being in the cohort; if you choose to contribute your outcomes, you'll be acknowledged and may be compensated for the contribution. Second, on the Founding Cohort mark: it certifies contribution and developmental formation — what you did and who you became. It is a supplement to licensure, not a substitute for it, and makes no claim about clinical competence to treat.
