Exposure · Experience · Expression
ChiroTrack is a structured mentorship program for pre-chiropractic and chiropractic students. We map every exposure, experience, and expression that turns a student into a chiropractor — then walk you through it with an AI mentor, peer cohorts, and a curriculum built by the profession.
From enrolled to mentored
You take the S.T.A.T.E. assessment, the mentor reads it, and your first response is waiting in the portal — not weeks out.
A campus pre-health advisor books out two to four weeks. Shadowing a practicing chiropractor depends on who you already know. ChiroTrack opens the door the day you walk in.
The methodology
Two loops run the program. We capture what you take in, do, and put back out — Exposure, Experience, Expression. And we structure the work so your effort has somewhere to go — Consume, Concentrate, Coordinate. Here's the sequence.
You take the S.T.A.T.E. assessment. We map you across Scientist, Thinker, Artist, Teacher, and Entrepreneur — the five capacities a chiropractor carries — so the program knows where to push and where to build.
Work through module lessons, audio compilations, and clips drawn from 300+ interviews across the profession. This is the Exposure layer — the raw material of what becoming a chiropractor actually involves.
You submit work against each lesson. The mentor responds to the submission — what you did, not what you meant to do. This is where consumption becomes experience you can point to.
Join peer cohorts and mentor-call hangouts — live sessions that connect you with students pursuing the same thing and keep your activity level aligned with people moving in the same direction.
Document your experiences and express your developing chiropractic identity — in reflections, in your workbook, and in how you show up on campus. Expression is the proof the work landed.
The professional-development process integrates into your week until it's just how you operate. The goal isn't to finish a course — it's to build a student who performs at a high level and holds that line into practice.
These phases assume you do the submissions. The mentor responds to work, not intentions — and the cohort keeps moving whether or not you show up. Budget real hours each week. Most students who get the most out of it treat it like a standing appointment, not a thing they'll get to.
Inside the program
No add-on tiers, no upsells once you're in. The Founding seat includes the whole thing.
An AI mentor built on the ChiroTrack curriculum. It reads your submission and responds to it — illustrative exchange below.
Every lesson has a key and a deliverable. You always know what's open and what's done.
Each module opens and closes with audio — context going in, integration coming out.
Printed workbooks ship to your door — the exposures and exercises in something you can hold and write in.
What's in the box
The complete mapped sequence, from "is this for me" through identity, exposure, and the S.T.A.T.E. lens. Sequenced, not a pile of lessons.
Your profile across all five capacities, driving where the mentor pushes you.
Every submission gets a mentor response. The feedback loop is the product.
Students on the same path, moving on the same schedule as you.
Intro and outro audio for every module.
The thing most students pay a practicing DC by the hour for is built into the program at no add-on cost.
16 workbooks across the program, shipped to your door.

Why students choose this
Most students stitch together an advisor, some videos, and whoever they can get to let them shadow. Here's what each actually gives you.
| ChiroTrack | Pre-health advisor | YouTube & forums | Private shadowing | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Time to your first mentor session | Same day | 2–4 weeks | — | If you know someone |

"Partial" for an advisor means they'll react to a personal statement or a question — not to weekly work across a mapped sequence. Shadowing is real experience, but it's unstructured and depends entirely on access.
What you actually replace
Keep your advisor for the things a school does best. ChiroTrack replaces the scattered, paid, chiropractic-specific stuff you'd otherwise cobble together — and adds the one thing none of it gives you: a response to your actual work.
Make it yours
It's not a fixed playlist everyone watches in the same order. The program reads your inputs and adapts.
The mentor leans into your weaker capacities and builds on your stronger ones, instead of treating everyone the same.
The program aligns to your school's academic calendar — quarter or trimester — so it fits the term you're actually in.
Pre-application looks different from already-enrolled. The path forks to where you actually are, not a generic "student."
From the people in it
The curriculum is drawn from 300+ recorded conversations with chiropractors, students, and admissions staff across the profession.
Swap this card for a real, consented line from a Founding member once the cohort is running.
Hold this slot for a beta student. Keep the attribution honest — stage and track, no invented names.
Use a quote pulled from the recorded interview library here, clearly attributed as archive material until cohort testimonials exist.
Note for build: don't fabricate testimonials. These three cards stay as honest placeholders until you have real, consented quotes to drop in.
Pricing
No per-module upsell once you're in. No monthly fee. You join the Founding 50, or you don't.
The work doesn't change after this cohort. The price does. The only variable is when you decide.
Questions
No. ChiroTrack is independent. It's built by practicing chiropractors and informed by interviews across the profession, but it isn't run by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any college. It's a supplement to your education, not a substitute for it.
Both, and the path forks. The Founding Cohort is the Pre-Chiro track, built for students exploring and preparing for chiropractic school. If you're already enrolled, the Chiro Student Navigator track is built for you — tell us where you are and we'll point you to the right starting line.
It's an AI mentor built on the ChiroTrack curriculum and the team's interviews across the profession. It reads what you submit and responds to it — guidance, not a human typing back in real time. We're upfront about that: it's AI delivery of a curriculum built by chiropractors. The live human connection comes through the peer cohort and mentor-call hangouts.
The printed workbooks — 16 across the program. Everything else (modules, mentor, audio, cohort) lives in the portal at thechirotrack.com.
No. Mentor-call hangouts are included in your Founding seat. They're scheduled live sessions where you connect with your cohort and coordinate your work — not a paid add-on.
It depends on the module and your pace, but it's real work, not passive watching. Plan for a few focused hours a week. The students who get the most out of it treat it like a standing commitment rather than something they'll get to eventually.
The price rises and seats reset for the next cohort. Founding members keep founding pricing on every module that comes after this one — that's the whole point of getting in now.
Typically no refunds. It's a digital program with shipped physical materials, so once you've been given access it can't be returned. If something genuinely goes wrong on our end, talk to the ChiroTrack team and we'll make it right — but going in, treat this as a commitment, not a trial.
The Founding Cohort opens July 14
Map where you stand, consume the exposures, concentrate them into experience, coordinate with your cohort, and express the chiropractor you're becoming. One seat. One decision.
