Effective date: April 17, 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing any ChiroTrack program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form the entire agreement between you and ChiroTrack (operated by Dr. Ben Glass, DC, Oakland, CA).

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for a single individual. Sharing login access is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

Upon enrollment, ChiroTrack grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased modules and associated workbooks for your own educational use. This license does not transfer ownership of any content.

Access is tied to your account and cannot be resold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded workbooks or completed more than 20% of the enrolled module content. To request a refund, email support@thechirotrack.com with your order reference. After 14 days, all sales are final.
