You agree not to rely on ChiroTrack content as the basis for any clinical decision, patient care, treatment, or diagnosis. Always consult licensed faculty, clinical supervisors, or qualified healthcare professionals for clinical questions.

You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any information or content (collectively, "Content") in violation of any third party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright ownership and use of intellectual property, and you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws and for any infringements of third party rights caused by any Content you provide or transmit. The burden of proving that any Content does not violate any laws or third party rights rests solely with you.

Because we do not have control over the content and performance of these partner and affiliate sites, we make no promises or guarantees about the accuracy, content, or quality of the information provided by such sites, and we assume no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content that may reside on those sites. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. 3) How We Collect Your Personal Data
We may collect data about you by you providing the data directly to us (for example by filling in forms on our site, creating an account, purchasing a course, sending us emails, or interacting with our AI mentor products). We may automatically collect certain data from you as you use our website by using cookies and similar technologies. Please see our Cookie Policy for more details about this.
We may receive data from third parties such as: analytics providers (Google Analytics, based in the United States); advertising networks (Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, based in the United States); search information providers; email service providers (e.g., Instantly.ai, ActiveCampaign); webinar and video providers (e.g., Vimeo); payment processors (Stripe); database and authentication providers (Supabase); voice and avatar providers used in conjunction with mentor products (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen) where applicable; live chat providers; and providers of technical and delivery services.
We may also receive data from publicly available sources such as state business registries, professional licensure databases, and LinkedIn (for B2B outreach to chiropractic college faculty and institutional contacts).
4) Marketing Communications
Our lawful ground for processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interest (namely to grow our business).
Under applicable U.S. federal and state law, including the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable state communications regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (i) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services, or (ii) you agreed to receive marketing communications, and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since.
Before we share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes we will obtain your express consent.
You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by emailing us at support@chiro-track.com at any time.
If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases, course delivery notifications, billing communications, or account security notices.
5) Disclosures of Your Personal Data
We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:
- Service providers who provide IT, hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, video hosting, and system administration services (including but not limited to Stripe, Supabase, Vimeo, Google, Meta, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Instantly.ai, and ActiveCampaign).
- Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers.
- Government bodies that require us to report processing activities or that issue lawful subpoenas, court orders, or other valid legal process.
- Third parties to whom we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.
We require all third parties to whom we transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We only allow such third parties to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
6) International Transfers
Nuvori LLC is based in the United States, and your data is primarily processed in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with cross-border transfer restrictions, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. Such safeguards may include:
- Use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission;
- Use of US-based providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework;
- Other approved transfer mechanisms or your explicit consent to the specific transfer.
You will have the right to withdraw any such consent at any time.
7) Data Security
We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization. These include encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where supported by our infrastructure providers, role-based access controls, and audit logging. We also allow access to your personal data only to those employees, contractors, and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential.
We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.
8) Data Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
When deciding what the correct period is to keep the data for, we look at its amount, nature, and sensitivity, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the processing purposes, whether these can be achieved by other means, and legal requirements.
For tax purposes, U.S. and California law generally require us to keep basic information about our customers (including contact, identity, financial, and transaction data) for at least seven years after they stop being customers. Course progress and AI mentor conversation history may be retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period thereafter to support customer service and product improvement.
In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
9) Your Privacy Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, you have rights in relation to your personal data. These rights vary depending on your jurisdiction.
For California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To the extent any data sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising constitutes "sharing" under California law, you may opt out at any time.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Where applicable, you may direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

- The right to request access to your personal data;
- The right to request correction of any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you;
- The right to request erasure of your personal data when there is no good reason for us to continue processing it;

- The right to request restriction of processing of your personal data;
- The right to data portability: to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- The right to withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personal data.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please email us at support@chiro-track.com.
Response Time and Verification
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, or refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 45 days. Occasionally it may take us longer if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you.
Complaints
If you are not happy with any aspect of how we collect and use your data, you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority. For California residents, this is the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General. For EEA residents, this is your local data protection authority. For UK residents, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We would be grateful if you would contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can try to resolve it for you.
10) Third-Party Links
This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. Cookie Policy
What's a cookie?
- A "cookie" is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive and which records how you move your way around a website so that, when you revisit that website, it can present tailored options based on the information stored about your last visit. Cookies can also be used to analyze traffic and for advertising and marketing purposes.
- Cookies are used by nearly all websites and do not harm your system.
If you want to check or change what types of cookies you accept, this can usually be altered within your browser settings. You can block cookies at any time by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. By not blocking cookies and continuing to browse you are authorizing the use of cookies. If you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of our site.
How do we use cookies?
- We use cookies to track your use of our website. This enables us to understand how you use the site and track any patterns with regard to how you are using our website. This helps us to develop and improve our website as well as products and/or services in response to what you might need or want.
- Cookies are either:
- Session cookies: these are only stored on your computer during your web session and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. They usually store an anonymous session ID allowing you to browse a website without having to log in to each page, but they do not collect any personal data from your computer.
- Persistent cookies: a persistent cookie is stored as a file on your computer and it remains there when you close your web browser. The cookie can be read by the website that created it when you visit that website again. We use persistent cookies for Google Analytics, for keeping you logged in to the ChiroTrack member area, and for remembering your course progress.
- Cookies can also be categorized as follows:
- Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are essential to enable you to use the website effectively, such as when purchasing a course, logging into your account, or accessing your member area, and therefore cannot be turned off. Without these cookies, the services available to you on our website cannot be provided. These cookies do not gather information about you that could be used for marketing or remembering where you have been on the internet.
- Performance cookies: These cookies enable us to monitor and improve the performance of our website. For example, they allow us to count visits, identify traffic sources, and see which parts of the site are most popular. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
- Functionality cookies: These cookies allow our website to remember choices you make and provide enhanced features. For instance, we may be able to provide you with news or updates relevant to the products you use. They may also be used to provide services you have requested such as viewing a video, resuming a course module where you left off, or interacting with the AI mentor. The information these cookies collect is usually anonymized.
- Targeting / advertising cookies: These cookies are used to deliver advertisements that are more relevant to you and your interests, including via retargeting on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and to help measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Please note that third parties who advertise on our website (including, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis services and video hosting providers such as Vimeo) may also use cookies, over which we have no control. These cookies are likely to be analytical/performance cookies or targeting cookies.
Specific third-party tools we use
The following third-party services may set cookies on chiro-track.com. This list may change over time, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third party whose cookie may be set:

Managing your cookie preferences

- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy

Request a refund within your first 14 days after purchase, and we'll process it within 5 working days. That's really all there is to it.
The terms below exist to protect our business from abuse and ensure fairness for all members. They won't apply to most customers, but please review them before purchase.

We'll respond to all refund requests within 5 working days.

Subscription Management
Cancellations
You can cancel your AI mentor product subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@chiro-track.com. You will retain access until your current billing period ends. No refunds are provided for subscription renewals (monthly or annual rebills). Once your subscription expires, you'll lose access to the AI mentor, the member area, and any subscription-only resources. Modules purchased outright remain accessible according to their license terms. If you cancel and later wish to resume a subscription, you may be required to pay the current rate at the time of resumption.
Late or Failed Payments
We understand that payment issues can happen for reasons beyond your control. If a payment fails, your access will be temporarily suspended. We'll make reasonable efforts to contact you, and access will be restored immediately upon successful payment.
It's your responsibility to contact us within 14 days of a failed payment and work with our team to resolve the issue. Failure to contact us within 14 days may result in permanent removal from the program without refund. We'll always try to work with you to find a solution. Communication is key.
Refund Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny a refund under the following circumstances.
Content Misuse
We will deny refunds if we have clear evidence of downloading, ripping, mirroring, screen-recording, or copying protected course content for offline use, redistribution, or resale. This also includes participation in unauthorized group-buy schemes, sharing login credentials, posting workbook PDFs to file-sharing services, or using ChiroTrack course materials to train, fine-tune, or develop any competing product, AI model, or service.
Community Violations
Refunds will be denied for deliberate abuse or attacks toward members or team through community platforms (the ChiroTrack member area, email, social media), acting abusively toward our support team, or repeated violations of community guidelines.
Excessive Refunds
You cannot refund the same product twice. If you've previously refunded a ChiroTrack product and repurchase the same product, that purchase is final and non-refundable, with no exceptions. Multiple refunds across different ChiroTrack products in a short time period may result in being banned from future purchases.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
All disputes should be resolved through our support email at support@chiro-track.com. Requesting a chargeback through your bank or credit card issuer instead of using our official refund process is considered chargeback fraud. This is where a customer falsely reports a transaction as fraudulent or claims items weren't delivered to claw back funds.
If you attempt a fraudulent chargeback, we will cooperate fully with our payment processor (Stripe) to have the case dismissed. You will be immediately banned from all ChiroTrack platforms and will not receive a refund. You have a generous 14-day window to request refunds through proper channels. Chargeback fraud is punishable by law. Please don't abuse this option unless you have a legitimate claim and have exhausted our official support channels.
Workbook & Print Materials
Where a physical workbook is included with your module purchase or shipped separately, the workbook itself is non-refundable once it has been printed and shipped. The associated digital module access remains subject to the standard 14-day refund window. If you receive a damaged or defective physical workbook, contact support@chiro-track.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, typically via Stripe. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days after we process them on our end, though exact timing depends on your card issuer or bank.
