I asked 336 people what actually prepared them.

I'm Dr. Ben Glass, DC. Between 2020 and 2023 I recorded approximately 336 conversations with people across this profession — practitioners, faculty, students, leaders — asking one question: what actually prepared you for this work. What I heard, over and over, was the room they stood in, the teacher who took them seriously, the lineage they trained in, and the thing they built that nobody assigned. That formation happens almost entirely outside the classroom, and nothing in this profession documents it — no school can map it, no association holds it, and a student without a network cannot reach it. ChiroTrack is the attempt to make it reachable. Those are my observations from conducting the interviews; the coded analysis of the corpus is in progress and will be published with its method.
