Privacy Policy

ChiroTrack is a US-based chiropractic education platform operated by Dr. Ben Glass, DC. This policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two contexts: when you apply to a program and when you create an account.

Application form. Before any payment, apply.html collects:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• School name, program, and year of study
• Student ID number
• Long-form application answers (goals, background, commitment)
• An enrollment verification file (student portal screenshot, class schedule, or student ID photo) uploaded to private cloud storage

Account and enrollment. When you create an account or enroll in a program, we also collect:

• Account credentials managed by Supabase Auth
• Course progress, module completion records, and workbook download history
• Enrollment records and purchase history

How We Use It

• Authenticate your account and maintain your session
• Deliver course content and track your progress
• Process payments and fulfill enrollment
• Send transactional email (receipts, access confirmations, password resets)
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing email without your explicit opt-in.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Your account credentials, course data, and uploaded verification documents are stored here.
• Stripe: payment processing. We pass your payment to Stripe; we never store card numbers or financial data on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs that data.
• Vimeo: video hosting and delivery. Vimeo may collect viewing data per their privacy policy.
• Resend: transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver system emails.

We do not use ad networks or third-party analytics trackers.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email support@thechirotrack.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

Security

Account access is protected by Supabase Auth with bcrypt password hashing. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We follow reasonable industry practices to protect stored data, but no system is completely immune to breach. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected users promptly.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies are set by ChiroTrack. Third-party embeds (Vimeo, Stripe checkout) may set their own cookies per their respective policies.

Children

ChiroTrack is intended for adults pursuing chiropractic education. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the portal. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
