Governance charter
Our commitments
What we will and will not do. We send this before the price, and it is the same for every office and every buyer.
What money can't buy, and what it funds
- No purchase changes a listing. Nothing an institution buys changes what the ChiroTrack directory, guides or data say about it, or about anyone else.
- Every license funds named student seats. Each institutional license pays for named seats for students, and we report on those seats to the institution that funded them.
- Every customer is disclosed. Every institution that buys from us is named on our funding page. There are none yet.
The principle underneath: students never pay. Every seat in a cohort is funded by a chiropractor, college or organization that benefits when a student arrives prepared. How ChiroTrack is funded.
What you can count on
- A person approves every output before it reaches a student, an adviser, a partner institution, or the public. AI drafts; your named approver and ours decide.
- Every reference is verified. Any claim from a published study in anything we deliver maps to a paper a person opened, with the date and initials recorded. If it can't be verified, it's removed.
- Your facts stay yours, as published. Anything about your program appears as you published it, with the source noted. We don't paraphrase your claims into ours.
- We keep a log. Every AI-assisted output carries a record of inputs, the draft, the edit, and who approved it. You can ask for it at any time.
- You own the deliverables. Templates, frameworks, and methods stay ours; the work we make for you is yours on payment.
- We start without student data. Tier one uses only published facts, your office's own inputs, and de-identified aggregates you already hold. Tier two exists only with a signed data agreement and a named campus data owner.
What we refuse to do, for anyone
- Publish, predict, or imply how many applicants get in, or how hard it is to get in.
- Compare your college to another on entry, cost, quality, or outcomes.
- Rank, score, or compare students to each other, or hand out marks of status; put anything we do on a transcript or describe it as academic standing.
- Make claims that chiropractic cures, treats, or reverses a condition in any patient-facing material.
- Use recorded conversations from any other ChiroTrack project in any deliverable (their participants have not consented to commercial use, and until they do, those recordings stay closed).
- Mix this work with any other ChiroTrack program or its directory. Two threads, two meetings, two files.
- Send anything on your behalf. We draft; you send.
- Batch you. One office, one conversation, one named person on each side.
AI use, plainly
We use Claude (Anthropic) and related tools to draft, structure, search, and check. We don't use them to decide. We tell you which outputs were AI-assisted. We don't train any model on your data. Where a task needs a model to read your published pages, we fetch the pages and record which ones.
If we get something wrong
We correct it in writing, with the history, at our cost. You'll see the correction before anyone else does.
The two data tiers
| Tier | What we use | What it needs from you |
|---|---|---|
| 1: Public and yours | Your published pages; your office's own inputs (facts, brand, calendars, policies you already publish); de-identified aggregates you already hold; ChiroTrack's datasets built from public sources | A named approver. No agreement beyond the order form. |
| 2: With student records | Anything containing a student's identifiable information or academic record | A data agreement (FERPA school-official terms where they apply), a named campus data owner, a retention schedule, and a written scope |
Tier-two work is quoted only after the agreement exists, never on a call.
How the audit log works
Every file we deliver gets one row in a log. You can ask for yours at any time.
- What was made, and from what: the file, and its inputs, such as published pages or your Brief.
- Who drafted it: including which AI model, and when.
- Who edited it, and who approved it: one named approver on our side and one on yours. These fields stay blank until a person fills them in.
- When it was delivered, and a note on the checks it passed.
When a file is rebuilt, its earlier row is marked superseded, not deleted, so the history of every change survives. If we get something wrong, the correction goes in the same log.
