For institutions

Help for the offices that serve chiropractic students

You run an office with goals you answer for every term. We bring a map of the profession, finished tools you can use tomorrow, and a way of using AI that a dean can sign off on.

Who you are

Start from the kind of institution you work in.

What your office does

Start from your office's goal. Each menu lists every item for that office.

What money can't buy here

  • No purchase changes a listing. Nothing an institution buys changes what the ChiroTrack directory, guides or data say about it, or about anyone else.
  • Every license funds named student seats. Each institutional license pays for named seats for students, and we report on those seats to the institution that funded them.
  • Every customer is disclosed. Every institution that buys from us is named on our funding page. There are none yet.

The principle underneath: students never pay. Every seat in a cohort is funded by a chiropractor, college or organization that benefits when a student arrives prepared. How ChiroTrack is funded.

Start with a pilot

One office, one function, thirty days, pricing on request, and no student data. The pilot is credited in full against a full order if you continue.

Pilot A: a host register

For career services at a DC college. A private register of chiropractors and alumni who said yes to hosting your students, and the first placements arranged.

Pilot B: your articulation agreement, put to work

For pre-health advising at an undergraduate institution. A course-by-course worksheet, a page draft in your voice, a named contact on each side, and a shadowing route.

Why these two: as of September 2026, we have documented 352 agreements between DC colleges and other institutions, and 0 of 352 agreements arrange contact with a practicing chiropractor.

Three kinds of item

  • We make it. A finished asset delivered to you: a worksheet set, a campaign kit, a lesson pack. Fixed price.
  • We run it. A function we operate on a cadence, with your approval on every output. Monthly price, and a named approver on your side.
  • We install it. A playbook or workflow we set up in your office and teach your people to run. Setup, then annual support.

Two data tiers

TierWhat we useWhat it needs from you
1: Public and yoursYour published pages; your office's own inputs; de-identified aggregates you already hold; ChiroTrack's datasets built from public sourcesA named approver. No agreement beyond the order form.
2: With student recordsAnything containing a student's identifiable information or academic recordA data agreement, a named campus data owner, a retention schedule, and a written scope

Most items start in tier one. Tier-two work is quoted only after the data agreement exists, never on a call.

Recognize the work without buying anything

Link to a worksheet, write a letter of support, invite a talk, or host a student for a day. No name or logo appears on thechirotrack.com without written permission. Ways to recognize the work.

What the statuses mean

Every item shows its status as it stands in our catalog, honestly on purpose. A note in parentheses says what exists so far.

  • built: the tools, templates, and process exist, and we can deliver it now.
  • designed: specified in full. The first delivery is made with your office, on the same terms.

Pricing is on request, and every order is quoted in writing. Every example office, practice, and person on this site is invented and labeled "Fictional example" where it appears.

Start a conversation

Email Ben with who you are and what your office answers for this term. You'll get the charter first, before any price. One office, one conversation, one named person on each side.
