Adviser replies
An adviser emails a question about your program. Within one business day, you have a reply to approve, built only from what you publish.
Who it's for
You're in admissions at a DC college, and pre-health advisers at other institutions email you questions about prerequisites, routes, deadlines, and fees.
The goal it serves
Our goal: Pre-health advisers get an accurate reply within a day, in your voice.
What you receive
- A drafted reply to each forwarded question within one business day, in your voice.
- Every fact in the reply quoted from your published pages, with the source noted on each line, and an approver's copy that shows the adviser's question beside the draft.
- Where your pages don't answer the question, the draft says so plainly, for your office to answer.
- A monthly report of the questions that recur, with the page fixes that would answer them.
How it works
- You set up a forwarding rule or a shared inbox.
- An adviser's question arrives. We draft a reply from your published facts only.
- Your approver reads it, edits if needed, and sends it.
- Each month you get the recurring-question report.
What you give us
- A shared inbox or forwarding rule.
- Your published pages.
- A named approver.

What we won't do
- Answer from anything but your published pages. If a fact isn't published, the reply says so.
- Answer a question about how many applicants get in. That question is recorded in the monthly tally and no reply is drafted.
- Compare your college to any other.
- Send a reply. You approve and you send.
