Pilot A: a host register in thirty days
When a student asks to shadow a chiropractor near home, you answer with a name, not a cold call.
Who it's for
You run career services at a DC college, and students ask you "can I shadow someone near home?" As of September 2026, we have documented 352 agreements, and 0 of 352 agreements arrange contact with a practicing chiropractor.
The goal it serves
You get a private register of practicing chiropractors and alumni who have already said yes to hosting a student, and a way to match requests to them that your office runs with our help.
What you receive
- A private register of practicing DCs and alumni who said yes to hosting a student for a day, a week, or a preceptorship, with what each offers and where. We aim for thirty hosts; you set the target with us on the first call.
- The first placements arranged from requests you forward. We aim for five.
- Every invitation and confirmation email drafted in your voice, for you to send.
- The process written down, so your office can keep it running, and a one-page summary.
How it works
- Week 1. A 45-minute discovery call. We set up the register and the audit log and draft the host invitation in your voice. You give us the first names and name an approver.
- Week 2. You send the invitations; we confirm hosts as replies come in. You forward the first student requests: region, stage, and date window.
- Week 3. We draft a match proposal and confirmations for each request and a second wave of invitations. You approve or adjust each match, then send.
- Week 4. We hand over the register, the placements summary, and the process. A 30-minute debrief, where you tell us what to change.
What you give us
- A named approver on your side.
- The first list of names: an alumni yes-list, faculty contacts, your own.
- Student requests with region, stage, and date window only.
- A 45-minute discovery call and a 30-minute debrief.
Time, pricing, and status
- How long to a first result
- Thirty days, one function. The first hosts are confirmed in week 2.
- Pricing
- Pricing on request
Credited in full against a full order if you continue. - Data tier
- Tier 1. No student records. A request carries a region, a stage, and a date window, nothing more. Hosts are professionals.
- Status
- C3: designed (host outreach tools built; matching designed)
What the statuses mean
How you'll both know it worked, measured against targets you set with us: hosts confirmed, placements arranged, adviser time saved by your own estimate, and whether you'd keep it running.
What we won't do
- Promise a number. Targets are set with you, not promised.
- Publish your results, or write a testimonial for you. If you want to say what changed, you say it, in your words.
- Put hosts in order or compare them.
- Send anything for you, unless you ask in writing.
