Prerequisite worksheets

A student plans a degree from one page per route, not from paragraphs of prose.

Who it's for

You're in admissions at a DC college and want your prerequisites turned into worksheets for every route and every partner (A3). Or you advise pre-health students at an institution with no agreement, and you want the page and worksheet on their own (U2).

The goal it serves

Our goals for each item, in our own words. A3: A student at any partner institution can plan a degree from a one-page worksheet, not prose. U2: Students planning a degree see what a chiropractic path takes on one page.

What you receive

  • A worksheet set: one page per application route, with checkboxes only for what a student does or submits.
  • Every requirement in the DC college's own words, with its source numbered in the footer. A "Good to know" block holds quoted information that isn't an action.
  • Where the official pages leave something unanswered, a row says so and tells the student who to ask.
  • A3: one generic set, plus one per partner where courses differ. U2: the worksheet and a draft pathway page for your web team.
  • PDF plus an editable copy, so your advisers can fill in your own course numbers.

What you give us

  • Your prerequisites and routes as published (A3), or your catalog (U2).
  • Partner course equivalencies, if you hold them.
  • A named adviser or approver.

What we won't do

  • Paraphrase a requirement, or turn "recommended" into "required".
  • Print a GPA figure the official page doesn't state. We quote the page's own sentence and tell the student to confirm with admissions.
  • Say anything about a national application service unless the college's own pages do.
  • Use articles or news as a source. Only official admissions pages feed a worksheet.

  • Holding an agreement? Articulation activation adds the page draft, named contacts, and a shadowing route.
  • At a community college? The Transfer-path worksheet (U8) carries the same worksheet across a four-year institution to a DC program.
