Licensure in Kansas
Kansas does not have a standalone chiropractic board. Doctors of chiropractic are licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, which also licenses physicians and several other professions. With an active Kansas license you must carry professional liability insurance of not less than $500,000 per claim and $1,500,000 in annual aggregate, and the board says the application process takes on average four to eight weeks.
This paragraph is taken from our chiropractic schools in Kansas page, where the board’s requirements are quoted in full. Board: Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, checked September 22, 2026. You can be licensed in a different state from the one you study in; the board where you intend to practice is the only authority on what it requires.
Chiropractors and students from Cleveland University-Kansas City on the ChiroTrack podcast
No recording is listed here yet. ChiroTrack’s interview series ran from 2020 to 2024, and a guest is named on a page about their school only after they have said yes to it. That consent round has not gone out yet, so this list is empty for every program, not only this one.
