Module 7 is your first year of chiropractic school run on purpose: a plan you wrote, a way of studying that holds up, hands that are learning, a professional identity you can name, and an honest look back at who you became.

Your five milestones

Each milestone is a piece of work you make and keep. Any of them can be opened first.

  1. Year-One Manifesto

    Your written plan for the year: who you want to be by the end of it, three to five goals, your Inner S.T.A.T.E. focus, the habits you will build and the things you will protect. Your weekly template, your people and your body routine are how it holds up.

  2. First-Year Study System

    How you study, prepare for boards from the start and work in a group, plus a written plan for what you do when a test or a term goes badly.

  3. Clinical Skills Plan

    A month-by-month plan for the adjustments you will learn this year and a first draft of how you observe a patient, with the palpation, positioning and self-care practice behind them.

  4. Professional Identity Statement

    A one-page statement of the chiropractor you are becoming: what you want to be known for, who you want to serve, the philosophy you stand on, how you lead, and the people and places you are learning from.

  5. Year One Review

    An honest look back at your first year, set beside who you said you wanted to become at the start, then your Year 2 intentions and the first step you take today.
