Module 4 is your first rep at building something from nothing: a campus club with a clear purpose, a real team and a way to keep going after you leave. What you make here is practice for the practice you may open one day.

Your five milestones

Each milestone is a piece of work you make and keep. Any of them can be opened first.

  1. Club Purpose Statement

    Why your club should exist, in words you can hand to anyone: your chiropractic story, the why underneath it, what your campus is missing, and a purpose statement with the values and decision filter that keep it honest.

  2. The Four Truths in Your Own Words

    The four Unarguable Truths written in your own language, the objection you expect to each, rewritten until they hold steady, and tried out loud on one person who could push back.

  3. Founding Charter

    The paperwork and the people that make the club real: what your campus requires, a founding team you recruited by drawing people out, an advisor, a draft constitution, the officer roles, and the culture you mean to build.

  4. First Event Plan

    Your first event, planned from the ground up: a month of programming, where the money comes from and where it goes, the sponsors and partners you would approach, and how people will hear about it.

  5. Operator's Manual

    The document that lets someone run the club without you: the systems and delegation that keep you from becoming the bottleneck, the leaders you are developing, how you will know the club is healthy, and an honest look back at what you built and how you have grown.
